Most homeowners don’t need “more contractors.” They need one reliable team that shows up, communicates clearly, and helps keep the home steady over time. That’s exactly what Home Care Plan™ is built for.

What’s included

  • Four seasonal visits per year (quarterly cadence)
  • Structured maintenance focus — prevention, upkeep, and common wear-and-tear priorities
  • Clear notes & communication so you know what we saw and what’s next
  • Small tasks as time allows during the visit, without turning the plan into an “all-day” appointment

The goal is simple: keep the home from drifting, and keep small issues from quietly becoming big ones.

How scheduling works

  • Visits are scheduled in a predictable seasonal window each quarter
  • We confirm an arrival window (not an all-day open-ended plan)
  • We aim to keep each visit useful and efficient — with a consistent structure
  • If something needs more time, we’ll recommend the clean next step (optional)

We protect consistency so members aren’t competing with “emergency chaos” scheduling.

Seasonal focus (examples)

Each season has different priorities. Your visit is designed to be practical — the kind of stuff most homeowners mean to get to, but it’s easy to miss when life gets busy.

  • Spring: exterior & drainage awareness, visible wear, basic function checks
  • Summer: water-related issues, ventilation awareness, efficiency and comfort items
  • Fall: seasonal prep, small prevention items, “winter-is-coming” priorities
  • Winter: interior prevention items, moisture awareness, safety-minded upkeep

Exact items vary by home. The plan is maintenance-based and designed to stay reasonable, repeatable, and useful.

Optional upgrades (only if you want them)

If we spot something that would genuinely help — a repair, improvement, or a larger project — we’ll explain it plainly and quote it separately. No pressure, no surprise “add-ons.”

  • This is a maintenance plan — not a home inspection and not a guarantee

  • Anything outside plan scope is optional and quoted separately
